Refund Policy

Welcome to apollopartycrete.com (“Apollo Party”, “Olympus Events Ltd", “we”, “our”, “us”).
This Refund & Returns Policy explains how refunds are handled on the apollopartycrete.com platform.
Olympus Events Ltd is an Ireland-based online events discovery and ticketing platform. We allow event organisers (“Organisers”) to create, promote and sell or manage tickets for events. Olympus Events Ltd acts as a technology platform provider and is not usually the organiser, promoter, venue, performer, host, or seller of the event itself unless clearly stated otherwise.
1. Role of Olympus Events Ltd
Olympus Events Ltd provides a platform where Organisers can list events and Buyers can discover events, book tickets, access tickets, and use related features.
Unless we clearly state otherwise, Olympus Events Ltd does not control the event content, event quality, event delivery, venue access, event cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, or the Organiser’s refund decisions.
Refund decisions are normally made by the Organiser in line with their event-specific refund policy, this Refund & Returns Policy, and applicable consumer law.
2. Organiser Refund Policies
Each event may have its own refund rules. These may include, for example:
• Non-refundable tickets
• Refunds available up to a specific date or time
• Partial refunds
• No refunds after the event start date
• Refunds only if the event is cancelled or materially changed
Buyers are responsible for checking the event page, ticket description, and checkout information before completing a purchase.
If an Organiser has not published a specific refund policy, refunds will generally be handled at the Organiser’s discretion, subject to applicable law.
3. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled by the Organiser, Buyers may be eligible for a refund of the ticket price, subject to the Organiser’s policy and applicable law.
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are usually processed through Stripe or another relevant payment provider. After a refund is issued, it may take several business days for the money to appear in the Buyer’s bank account or card statement.
Platform service fees, payment processing fees, booking fees, or other charges may be non-refundable unless required by law or unless Olympus Events Ltd or the Organiser decides otherwise.
4. Event Postponement or Rescheduling
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the Organiser may decide that existing tickets remain valid for the new date.
Refund eligibility for postponed or rescheduled events depends on the Organiser’s policy, the nature of the change, and applicable law.
Buyers should review any email updates, event page updates, or Organiser announcements about the new date or revised event details.
5. No-Show, Late Arrival, or Refused Entry
Unless the Organiser states otherwise, refunds are generally not provided if a Buyer:
• Does not attend the event
• Arrives late
• Forgets their ticket or confirmation email
• Is refused entry for breaching venue rules, age restrictions, safety rules, or event terms
• Chooses not to attend after purchasing a ticket
Buyers are responsible for checking event time, date, location, age restrictions, accessibility details, ID requirements, and entry conditions before attending.
6. Digital Tickets and Consumer Cooling-Off Rights
Tickets sold or accessed through Olympus Events Ltd are normally digital tickets or digital booking confirmations for a specific event, date, time, or period.
Under EU and Irish consumer rules, the standard 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases may not apply to leisure services such as event tickets where the service is for a specific date or period.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that the normal online cooling-off right may not apply once the ticket is purchased or delivered and the event date is confirmed.
7. Free Events and RSVP Tickets
Some events on Olympus Events Ltd may be free or may use RSVP-style tickets. If a free event is cancelled, postponed, or changed, no ticket price refund will normally apply because no ticket price was paid.
However, Buyers or attendees should still check event updates and contact the Organiser if they have questions about the event.
8. How to Request a Refund
If you want to request a refund, you should first contact the Organiser using the contact details or contact options available on the event page, ticket email, or Olympus Events Ltd account area where available.
When requesting a refund, please include:
• Your name
• The email address used for the booking
• The event name
• Your order number or ticket reference, if available
• The reason for the refund request
If you cannot reach the Organiser, you may contact Olympus Events Ltd support and we may help pass your request to the Organiser. Olympus Events Ltd cannot guarantee that a refund will be approved unless we are legally required to do so or unless Olympus Events Ltd is directly responsible for the transaction.
10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Payments on Olympus Events Ltd may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider.
If a Buyer starts a chargeback or payment dispute through their bank or card provider:
• The payment provider, bank, or card network may investigate the claim
• The Organiser may be responsible for responding to the dispute
• Olympus Events Ltd may provide transaction records or platform information where appropriate
• The final decision may be made by the payment provider, bank, or card network
We encourage Buyers to contact the Organiser or Olympus Events Ltd support before starting a chargeback, as this may allow the issue to be resolved faster.
11. Fraudulent or Unauthorised Transactions
If you believe a purchase was made fraudulently or without your permission, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may assist in reviewing the issue with the payment provider, the Organiser, and any relevant records. You may also need to contact your bank or card provider directly.
12. Platform Service Fees
Olympus Events Ltd may charge service fees, booking fees, platform fees, or payment-related fees for use of the platform.
Unless required by law or unless Olympus Events Ltd decides otherwise, these fees are generally non-refundable, including where an Organiser approves a refund of the ticket price only.
13. Refund Timing
Once a refund is approved and processed, the time it takes to appear in the Buyer’s account depends on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, and original payment method.
Refunds commonly take several business days to appear, but this timing is outside the direct control of Olympus Events Ltd.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund & Returns Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our platform, payment systems, legal requirements, or business practices.
The latest version will be published on the site with the effective date shown at the top.
